In a 2023 survey conducted among marketing and customer experience professionals in Australia and New Zealand regarding their attitudes toward breakthrough technologies such as generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) on online shopping interactions between brands and consumers, around ** percent of respondents indicated they believe AI had the potential to help brands identify new audiences and customer journeys. Sentiment toward GenAI's potential to improve brand interactions was overall very positive among marketers and customer experience professionals surveyed.
