In 2024, Danish shoppers with a monthly income above 300,000 Danish kroner purchased the most online. Around 87 percent of consumers belonging to that income bracket made purchases of goods through online platforms. Another group with high e-commerce penetration was those with a monthly income between 50,000 and 99,999 Danish kroner. Approximately 80 percent of them made purchases via the internet.
