In 2023, among EU-27 consumers aged 18 to 19 years, about a ** of survey respondents stated they avoid artificial flavors and preservatives. For respondents 60 to 64 years old, the share is significantly higher. A share of ** percent of respondents in this age group avoid these ingredients.
