In 2025, among EU-27 consumers aged 18 to 19 years, about **Â percent of survey respondents stated they cannot afford to eat healthily. Among older respondents, the share of responding consumers that cannot was is slightly lower. It was lowest among respondents aged 60 to 64 years.
