Riskiest areas for news publishers to use AI worldwide 2023
A report held at the end of 2023 looking at trends in journalism and media for the year ahead found that 56 percent of industry leaders believed that using AI for content creation would pose the greatest reputational risk to their company, double the share who had concerns about using AI for news gathering. Very few news media executives felt that utilizing AI for commercial use or distribution and recommendations could pose a risk to their organization's reputation.
