A survey of consumers conducted in October 2022 in the United States discovered that big brand SVOD (subscription video on demand) services were considered to be a must-have source of entertainment by about **** (** percent) of those subscribed to them. Similarly, social media platforms were considered to be essential sources of entertainment by ** percent of households that use them. In addition, about of consumers considered reading, streaming music sources, and MVPD/VMVPD subscriptions to be must-have sources of entertainment.
