According to a May 2022 study, consumers worldwide were canceling subscriptions nearly twice as fast as they were taking out new ones. In Mexico, for instance, ** percent of respondents reported canceling at least one subscription in the previous month, versus ** percent who said they had subscribed to at least a single new one in that period. In both the United States and the UK, ** percent of consumers had terminated a current membership.
