A survey conducted in March 2022 in the United States found that ** of Hispanic adults were somewhat interested in creating an avatar to represent them in the metaverse, and ** percent were very interested. Overall, ** percent of Black adults were somewhat interested, and * were very interested. Additionally, ** percent of white adults and ** percent of respondents of other ethnicities were not at all interested in the idea.
