Klarna reported 150 million global active users for both 2022 and 2023, per the company's own communications and annual reports. The figure remained unchanged across both years, and analysts have noted it likely reflects registered rather than strictly active users. Figures for 2024 and 2025 were collected from quarterly earnings releases. 

Afterpay does not release an annual report anymore since 2021, as it was acquired by Block (Square).
