Black Friday: main reason for choice of retailers in selected countries 2021
According to a survey conducted in June 2021, prices and promotional offers were revealed as the main reason that determined consumers' retailer choice to shop with during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with ** percent of respondents citing this as the leading factor. For ** percent of the shoppers responding to the survey, the most important factor was that the chosen stores had the gifts they were looking for. Store environment came out as the least important determining factor for store choice, as it was the main deciding factor for only two percent of the respondents.
