Support for policy measures requiring all cyclists to wear a helmet had the most approval from car drivers and or road users who were neither car drivers nor cyclists, at a support rate of **** and **** percent respectively. By contrast, road users who were strictly cyclists were less in favor of these policies, with support for such policies amounting to just over half of the survey respondents.
