Seven out of ten respondents in Uzbekistan would agree to receive a COVID-19 vaccine immediately at no cost as of 2020. That was the highest share among countries in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). In contrast, in Kazakhstan, only one quarter of survey participants shared the same view, while more than 60 percent would refuse to get vaccinated.
