The first case of a person infected with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Peru was reported on March 6, 2020. Between March 9 and 13, around 3.9 percent of Peruvian households watched pay TV. A week later - between March 16 and 20 - this share increased to 5.2 percent.
