Of the banks included it can be seen that the Russian Sberbank had the highest number of both online banking users and mobile banking app users with **** million and **** million respectively. The Spanish banks Santander and BBVA also had a large number of individuals using online banking with **** million and **** million people using a digital platform to access the bank worldwide.
