This statistic illustrates the awareness of U.S. citizens across generational groups regarding civic engagement services provided by their local government agencies via digital channels in 2016. According to the findings, 54 percent of Millennials reported that they were aware of the ability to access voter registration services through digital channels, while in comparison only 33 percent of Baby Boomers stated similar awareness.
