UK tourist spending: impact on GVA in selected EU countries 2016
This statistic presents the leading destinations in the European Union (EU-27) which benefit from outbound tourism spending from the United Kingdom (UK) in 2017. The aggregate impact of UK outbound tourism spending on GVA in the EU-27 was 37.4 billion euros. Spain in particular benefited economically from UK tourists, with an aggregate impact of 13.1 billion euros.
