Over the past five years, the Social Democrats was the most popular political party in Sweden with around one third of the respondents favoring it in 2022. In the 2022 parliamentary election, the party received the highest share of the votes, but a center-right government headed by the Moderate Party was formed. In the survey, nine percent responded that they had no party of preference.
