Mega Monday (also known as Cyber Monday) is a marketing term created to persuade people to shop online. Similar to Black Friday (the shopping day taking place the Friday after Thanksgiving in the United States), Mega Monday takes place the Monday after Thanksgiving, with retailers offering shoppers extra online discounts and promotions.
