This statistic shows the main reasons consumers changed their tariff or payment method without switching their energy suppliers in Great Britain in 2012 and 2013. In 2013, ** percent of consumers were moved to do so by believing that the new tariff or method would save them money, compared to ** percent in 2012. Other reasons included moving home or searching for better benefits.
