Some 10.4 percent of men enrolled in testosterone therapy prescriptions had a previous diagnosis for heart disease. Testosterone therapy has been used to diminish the affects of aging in men. There has been some studies done on the possibility that testosterone therapy may increase the risk of myocardial infarction, or heart attacks.
