Middle East & Africa: Dammam, Istanbul, Harare, Kuwait City
Asia Pacific: Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Lucknow, Melbourne, Seoul, Sydney, Taipei, Tokyo
The study analyzed 250 cities in 78 countries, which represented 734.2 million residents, and combined scoring with a survey of respondents involved in the cities' plans, such as from the mayor's office, management, technology, innovation, sustainability, and finance.
