As of 2025, around ** percent of Gen Z and ** percent of millennials in the United States reported using AI, compared with ** percent of all adults. Daily usage was highest among millennials at ** percent, followed by Gen Z at ** percent. By contrast, ** percent of Gen X and ** percent of baby boomers used AI, with daily use at ** percent and ** percent, respectively.
