The incumbent Freedom Movement party and Slovenian Prime Minister Robert Golob won the highest share of the votes in the Slovenian Parliamentary elections held on March 22, 2026. Golob's pro-European and center-left establishment party won 28.62 percent of the vote, only just ahead of the populist Slovenian Democratic Party, which won 27.95 percent of the vote.Â
