Legal requirements to disclose private interests were in place for members of parliament in ** percent of OECD countries. However, full monitoring was less common, implemented in ** percent of countries for government officials and only ** percent for civil servants. Where monitoring exists, submission rates were high, with *** percent for parliament and government, ** percent for civil servants, and ** percent for judges.
