Just after the 2025 Canadian federal election was held, over half of voters reported having already made up their mind about who they planned on voting for before the campaign even started. Among those who voted for the Liberal Party, 45 percent knew who they were voting for before the campaign began, compared to 68 percent of Conservative Party voters.
