In 2024, the majority of general practitioners (GP) in the United Kingdom expressed various capacity issues to provide high quality patient care at their practice. Eight in *** were concerned about staff shortage impacting patient care quality, while **** of GPs even said patient safety is being compromised by excessive workload. It's no wonder, as the number of patients to GP practice has been steadily increasing.
