A survey conducted in Italy in October 2024 showed what were the forms of grocery shopping used by the Italian consumers in the previous three months. Almost ** percent used online channels when buying groceries from supermarkets, followed by around ** percent who shopped in person but had them delivered at home. More than half did not use any of those options.
