The New Popular Front is a coalition of the main left-wing French political parties, such as La France Insoumise, the Socialist Party, the Communist Party, and the Ecologist Party.
Launched on June 10, 2024, the New Popular Front was formed in opposition to Emmanuel Macron's majority and especially in opposition to the National Rally. In a particularly tense context of the rise of far-right in the 2024 European elections in France, and the anticipated legislative elections of June 2024.

According to a survey conducted in June 2024, less than two weeks before the anticipated legislative elections in 2024, French respondents affiliated with a leftist party were generally satisfied with the New Popular Front alliance. Indeed, around ** percent of French people affiliated with La France Insoumise approved the new leftist coalition. On the other hand, French people affiliated with right-wing parties disapproved of the alliance.
