During a 2022 survey, sports industry experts from across the globe were asked about their opinion on which parties were best positioned to win the battle for sports media and broadcasting rights in the next three to five years. According to the results, over 75 percent of the experts stated that large non-traditional players such as Amazon, Google, and Apple were best positioned to secure sports media rights deals in the near future.
