During a 2022 survey, sports industry leaders from across the globe were asked about the most significant challenges for sports organizations in successfully implementing a comprehensive ESG (environmental, social, governance) strategy. According to the results, close to half of the respondents agreed that the main challenge was changing the organizational culture.
