In 2023, online consumers showed higher awareness towards the use of electric vehicles in last-mile delivery compared to a year prior. According to a survey carried out in eight countries in North America and Europe, ** percent of online consumers believed electric fleets should be used now, ** percentage points up from 2022. Another ** percent of them expected electric vehicles to be used in five years time.
