The AP7, also known as Sjunde AP-fonden (Seventh AP Fund), is the state-sponsored alternative to the private investment funds that are available within the Swedish premium pension system. Between 2015 and 2022, the AP7 equity fund's five-year return remained positive, peaking in 2017, when the five-year return was **** percent. The AP7 Fixed Income Fund's five-year return has been much lower in comparison and turned negative in 2022, at **** percent.
