WEM scenario: The 'with existing measures' (WEM) scenario is a baseline scenario which reflects the effects of all existing, adopted and implemented, policies and measures at the time the projections were prepared.
WAM scenario: The 'with additional measures' (WAM) scenario takes into account the measures that were at the planning stage at the time the projections were prepared and will be implemented in the future. Not all countries provide this scenario.
