Poland recorded the highest volume of greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture, forestry, and fishing activities in 2024, totaling over 53 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent. Romania followed, with annual emissions of around 20 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent.
