According to a survey carried out in 2022 of women aged between 45 and 55 years in the United Kingdom (UK), problems sleeping and/or exhaustion was the perimenopause or menopause symptom that caused the most difficulty. Almost ** percent of respondents reported the symptom was very or somewhat difficult. Furthermore, around three-quarters of women said that brain fog associated with perimenopause or menopause caused them difficulty.
