In 2027, the loans to financial and non-financial businesses granted by banks in the European Union are expected to be valued at over **** trillion euros. Most of that amount corresponds to loans and advances to non-financial corporations. Loans to financial corporations are forecast to be worth ***Â trillion euros in 2027 up from the ***Â trillion euros of 2022. Meanwhile, the value of the outstanding loans to non-financial corporations in the Eurozone amounted to roughly **** trillion euros as of July 2024.
