The question "Do you feel that climate change has an impact on your everyday life?" was used to separate respondents in two groups: 17,189 respondents felt climate change has an impact on every day life, and 5,533 felt climate change had no impact on everyday life. Answers to the survey question were "Yes, very much so", "Yes, somewhat", "No, not really", and "No, not at all".

Values have been rounded, so the results might not add up to 100 percent.

Citation formats

As of 2022, respondents who felt that climate change had an impact on their everyday life were more likely to consider buying an electric or hybrid vehicle than a petrol or diesel vehicle. In contrast, a third of participants seeing no impact from climate change on their daily lives reported intentions to buy a petrol or diesel vehicle for their next passenger car purchase.
