Survey for the year 2024 was carried out on 5,904 individual persons aged 16+ and 3,850 reached households, the data was subsequently converted through post-stratification with respect to the whole population aged 16 or older which amounted to 8,8 million people and 4,5 million households. CAPI and CATI survey types were used.

An online shopper is defined as anyone who stated they have made an online purchase in the last 3 months.
Data shows the share of online shoppers in total population, not just internet users.

The largest group of Czechs who shopped online in 2024 was between 25 and 34 years of age. The share of people in this age group shopping online amounted to nearly ** percent. Overall, the number of people shopping online has increased in all age groups in the observed period.
