Survey for the year 2024 was carried out on 5,904 individual persons aged 16+ and 3,850 reached households, the data was subsequently converted through post-stratification with respect to the whole population aged 16 or older which amounted to 8,8 million people and 4,5 million households. CAPI and CATI survey types were used.

In 2024, a share of **** percent of women and **** percent of men used internet banking in Czechia. During the period under review, more men than women used online banking. However, that changed in 2024 when the number of women surpassed that of men. Overall, the number of Czechs using internet banking has been increasing.
