Hospitality operators around the world have increased their focus on health and hygiene as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. As of June 2020, a global survey was conducted to determine the share of hospitality operators who wanted to invest in hygiene classifications. The majority of respondents, ** percent, stated that they wanted to invest in hygiene classifications. Meanwhile, only ** percent of respondents stated that they did not.
