According to a survey conducted by in May 2021 among South Koreans on their reasons for planning to cancel their subscription to video streaming services in the next three months, around percent of male respondents answered that is was because there was no content on the platform left that they wanted to watch. The same was true for around percent of female respondents who stated this as their reason too, as well as the increased or too high price of the service.
