According to a 2021 survey carried out among U.S. business executives, nearly eight out of ten businesses in the North American country anticipated selling on social media commerce platforms in the next three years. Of the small businesses included in the study, ** percent sold through social media at the time of the survey, and about ** percent planned to do so within the following 36 months.
