The letter to Santa Claus is a tradition whereby, every year, thousands of children write in their letter to Santa Claus, a little note accompanied by the list of gifts they would like to receive on December 25th. Yet, it seems that nowadays this list is still and above all made up of the inspiration generated by toy catalogs. A study conducted in 2019 also showed the importance and influence of contemporary tools, and particularly YouTube, on the gift ideas submitted by children on this list.
