Around two-thirds (** percent) of companies that developed chatterbots and which were surveyed in Brazil in 2022 stated that most of the chatbots they created used a hybrid of buttons and natural language processing (NLP). Approximately ** percent of the respondents stated that the majority of their chatbots used only NLP, enabling open-ended dialogues.
