Citation formats

According to a 2024 survey, the majority of the messenger app users in Mexico lived in large cities with populations between 100 thousand and * million inhabitants. A high proportion of the users of Google Chat, iMessage and Telegram also lived in megacities with over * million inhabitants. Moreover, besides being used by more than ** percent of the country's population, WhatsApp users were the most representative of which type of community where messenger app users lived.
