A June 2020 survey revealed that 24 percent of online U.S. adults aged 18 to 34 had missed at least one payment for their internet bill since the outbreak of COVID-19 in the United States. In comparison, only 3 percent of U.S. adults aged 65 and older had missed at least one of their internet payment bills.
