According to a survey conducted by , around **** percent of respondents stated that their online purchases decreased during the COVID-19 pandemic because they have been affected by the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and tried to reduce unnecessary expense. The same survey found that around **** percent of surveyed purchased more online during the pandemic.
