The counterfeit market has become a global phenomenon targeting a large range of industries including clothes and accessories, cosmetics, tobacco, and even pharmaceuticals. In France, a minority of the population (** percent) admitted in 2018 to having already voluntarily bought at least one counterfeit product in their lives. However, among teenagers, this practice seems to be more widely spread, with ** percent of people between 15 and 18 years old who have purchased counterfeit.
