* The study analyzed prices on 20 categories of luxury goods and services purchased by high-net-worth individuals, or people with an income of over one million U.S. dollars no matter the cost of the main residency. The prices were obtained from local high-end vendors. In total, 28 megapolises across the world were considered in the report.

In 2019, average jewelry prices in Moscow were almost the highest among ** most expensive megapolises worldwide featured in the Global Wealth and Lifestyle Report, accounting for ** percent of the price in the city with the highest cost. A laser eye correction Lasik was recorded at the lowest price among the major cities. A luxury residential property price per square meter occupied only ** percent of that in the most expensive city in this category.
