According to a survey on elderly and digital behavior in Norway, more elderly Norwegians wanted to participate in the digital world in 2018 than in 2014. During this period, it was especially elderly between 61 and 70 years of age, who had the highest motivation. While 30 percent of the respondents in this group were motivated to a large or very large extent in 2014, the share of elderly amounted to 35 percent in 2018. In similar vein, the motivation of the elderly in the youngest age group increased by four percent during the time under consideration.
